Shipping & Returns

LOVELY & BABYCAKES RETURN POLICY:
All merchandise must have original tags and in its original packaging. Items that have been used, opened or are missing tags cannot be returned or exchanged. 


RETURNS WITHIN 30 DAYS – RETURNED TO ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD:
Unused merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. A receipt must be provided to make a return. No returns can be made without a receipt. The refund will be returned the way you paid. The only exception to this rule is a check. Returns from a check will receive a gift card.


RETURNS WITHIN 60 DAYS – STORE CREDIT:
Unused merchandise purchased within 60 days can be returned or exchanged at the current selling price. Refunds will only be given as a store credit.


GIFT RECEIPT RETURNS:
Gifts being returned will always receive store credit.


EXCHANGES BEYOND 60 DAYS:
We cannot accept returns for items past 60 days. 


PROMOTIONAL RETURNS:
Promotional discounts can be returned or exchanged. The discount is only valid during the specific days the promotion runs and cannot be applied beyond the advertised dates.


SALE ITEMS:
All sale items are considered final and cannot be returned or exchanged.


CUSTOM MERCHANDISE:
All sales are final on custom orders.


EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURNS:
Items purchased for Christmas have an extended return policy. Anything purchased from October 1st – December 14th can be returned for store credit until January 15th.


SEASONAL SPECIFIC RETURNS:
Seasonal specific items have a shorter return policy. Any holiday specific items returned after the holiday is over will receive current selling price of the item. No returns for seasonal items can be accepted after 30 days of purchase.


DEFECTIVE INVENTORY:
Something purchased from Lovely or Babycakes that is defective must be brought to the store for review.

If the defective item was purchased within 30 days it may be returned or replaced for a full refund. A receipt must be provided to make a return.

If something is damaged after 30 days  We will reach out to company to see if we can get the item repaired or replaced. If there is a fee associated with the repair (after 30 days) we will inform client of repair charges before proceeding.



LOVELY & BABYCAKES SHIPPING POLICY:


We can ship to virtually any address in the country. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to remote destinations.


When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.
